The Moveo ExoBand Mobility Exoskeleton is a walking brace consisting of a Velcro-secured fabric waist belt plus left and right upper-leg loops. Each leg loop is connected to the belt via an adjustable strap, each housing a mechanism that stores energy generated in the gait cycle's first phase and returns it in the second phase. This stored-then-released energy is designed to enhance the thrust of the hip flexors, which reportedly increases trunk stability. The manufacturer claims that the device especially helps those with impaired motor skills to walk more efficiently and over longer distances. It also reportedly improves pendulum-like upper limb movement, posture, and balance while reducing the risk of foot slipping and falls.

Estimated Cost Cost range: $1,600
